Mr. Abdulla Mohamed Alblooshi joined the organization in April 2017, bringing over 20 years of extensive experience in strategic planning, process improvement, and leadership in various fields.
In 2024, he was appointed as the Acting Head of Operations where he plays a crucial role in driving operational excellence. Throughout his career, Mr. Abdulla has held leadership roles, managing areas such as Government Relations, Marketing, Fire Safety, Housekeeping, Laundry, Waste Management, Mortuary Services, and Facility Management.
Mr. Abdulla holds a MBA in Strategic Management and Leadership and Bachelors in Law. His expertise spans hospital operations, project planning and commissioning, and overseeing day-to-day management.
He has consistently demonstrated a strong ability to implement operational efficiencies that improve patient care and reduce costs, while optimizing hospital processes like maintenance planning, resource allocation, and manpower management.
Mr. Abdulla is also dedicated to ensuring compliance with safety standards and fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development. A results-oriented person, Mr. Abdulla is well-known for his collaborative style and his ability to mentor teams toward excellence.
