Mohit joined Sheikh Khalifa General Hospital after serving for 6 years as Vice President – Operations & Cluster General Manager with NMC Healthcare, Abu Dhabi, UAE, with an International Healthcare Experience spanning over 2 decades from the leading institutions.

A result oriented professional with experience in end to end hospital activities right from project planning and commissioning to regular operations, covering entire spectrum of Hospital Operations. He manifests strong capability in developing and implementing Hospital processes cooperatively with an expertise in managing the complete maintenance entailing planning, resource utilization, maintenance & manpower management.

He possesses extensive exposure in managing operations with key focus on bottom line profitability by ensuring optimal utilization of resources and carries a proven track record of successfully handling P&L accounts through dynamic strategy.

Few of the key accomplishments of Mohit include, taking complete profit and loss ownership and keeping tight internal controls, financially turning around multiple healthcare units, developing and executing regional level accountability of multiple units, conceptualizing, planning and implementing business plans for trust, corporate and regional Healthcare Providers while establishing process for medical and non-medical operations and ensuring adherence to it. He has a knack that is not just limited to his work but also extends to his excellent relationship building, negotiation & interpersonal skills.
