Ms. Caroline Brandt, BSc, MBAChief Quality Officer (CQO)
Ms. Caroline Brandt is the Chief Quality Officer (CQO) and is responsible for all Quality, Regulatory and Risk-Management activities in Sheikh Khalifa General Hospital to ensure that patients and their families experience high quality safe care. Ms. Brandt leads the Quality team who work collaboratively with all hospital staff to support and drive a culture of safety and quality into daily practice across the hospital.
Ms. Brandt is an experienced international healthcare quality and patient safety expert including proven expertise in commissioning of new hospitals, preparation for hospital accreditation, accreditation and achieving reaccreditation. Ms. Brandt led Sheikh Khalifa General Hospital from commissioning of the new hospital to achievement of accreditation within 2 years of opening.
Ms. Brandt holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, University College Dublin and a Bachelor of Science from St. John’s University, New York.
