To complete the requested radiology services, the radiology caregivers begin by identifying the patient, obtaining a history from the patient/patient relatives and/or the referring clinician in order to ensure patient safety within the radiology department.
The department caregivers will propose the most appropriate radiology modality in order to answer the clinical question raised by the referring clinician. The department’s caregivers are utilizing evidence based guidelines and advanced technology in order to reduce the patient received radiation dose, reduce the risk of contrast media adverse reactions and to ensure patient safety in the radiology department. Our activities are fully eco-friendly as our department adopted the 100% digital imaging solution.
