Ms. Sahar Saadi Mohammed Head of Human Resources

Ms. Sahar joined Sheikh Khalifa General Hospital on 17 December 2012. She was appointed as Head of Human Resources in 2021. Her specialized skills are Compensation, Employment Law, Payroll, Recruiting, Staffing, budgeting, Emiratization and Employee Relations.

Ms. Sahar is an accomplished Human Resources Executive with over 14 years of experience in developing and re-engineering comprehensive HR functions, collaborating with all levels of management teams, and cultivating positive work environments to support the organizations vision.

Ms. Sahar’s mission as a HR Head are the retention of valuable employees, training, development and education to promote individual success and increase overall value to the organization.

Ms. Sahar has a Bachelor Degree in Human Resources and Diploma in Business Administration. As Head of Human Resources, she is responsible for Recruitment, Emiratization, Employee Relations and Training.
